2PJ- HOMEWORK DUE FRIDAY
1) PIp wants her to because he is now in love with estella and went to be smart and a gentleman.
2) The stranger made pip uneasy because he was stirring his drink with the file pip gave the escaped convict. The encounter suggested that Pip was caught for helping the convict.
3) That he wanted to fight him. M.s Fraser #'s 3 & 5 are the same questions.
4) Ms.Havisham hopes estella would break men's hearts because hers was broken on her wedding day.
5)number 3 is the sam answer.
6) He realizes that ms. havisham was never planning on making him a gentlemen and he feels very disappointed.
7)I think estella knows that pip loves he and she just let him have a kiss even tough it meant nothing. PIp does not enjoy the kiss because he knows she does not mean it. No i do not, because at least he would get a little closure.
8) She wants to see Joe so she can see what a low class really looks like and so she can criticize.

1)Pip suddenly wanted Bidddy to " impart all her learning" to him because he has fell in love with Estella. He is affected by her words when she called him a poor laboring boy. Pip wanted to impress Estella and show her that he could be a gentleman.
2) The stranger at the three Jolly Bargemen make Pip uneasy because he was mixing his drink with the file that Pip gave to the convict. He feels as if the stranger might know something. This encounter suggest for Pip's future that he might get caught or exposed for helping the convict get food and a file.
3) What Pip find puzzling about the pale young gentleman he encountered in Miss Havisham's house is that they didn't even know each other yet he demanded Pip to fight him.
4) Miss Havisham hope that Estella would break young men's hearts because Miss Havisham's heart was broken on the day of her wedding. Her fiance did not show up. Miss Havisham is really depressed that she keeps all her clocks twenty minutes to nine and she is still wearing her wedding dress. Miss Havisham wants revenge on men. She enjoys seeing men suffer under the influence of women. This is why she told Estella to break men's hearts.

6) Pip feels disappointed about his financial reward from Miss Havisham and his last visit to Satis House. He thought that Miss havisham was going to make him a gentlemen but she wasn't and she never had any intention to. he also feels disappointed because he never was going back to the Satis House again so he would never see Estella again.
7) Estella probably tells Pip to kiss her because Miss Havisham told her to break man's hearts. So, with Pip getting a kiss from Estella he might start to love her. Pip doesn't enjoy the kiss because he knows that she didn't mean it. Pip knows that she looks down on him and the kiss to her had no other special meaning behind it. Yes, I think Pip is wrong to accept a kiss from Estella because it's as if he's steeping into a trap. The kiss made Pip probably made Pip attract to Estella more and the more he falls for her the more he'll be upset in the end.
8) Miss Havisham wants to see Joe because she wants to know how a low class man who look and act. Because of her hatred for men, she wants to critize and laugh at all men so having a person whose in the low class, she finds that this is the best chance to please herself by critizing Joe.

2. The stranger was stirring his drink with the file that Pip gave to his convict. This suggests that one day Pip might be caught for freeing the escaped convict.

6. Pip felt sad/disappointed that Miss Havisham never meant to make him into a gentleman and that he was never going to see Estella again.
7. I think Estella tells Pip he may kiss her because she knows he likes her. Pip doesn't enjoy the kiss because she doesn't mean it. Yes, I think it is wrong for Pip to accept a worthless kiss because it would be like forcing someone to do something.

2)the stranger make pip to feel uneasy because at the bar, the stranger mix his drink with the file he (pip) gave to the convict. he feel that stranger might know the secret about he and the convict, and afraid he might spoil it.
3)he was puzzling about the fight with the pale young gentleman, he think he might hurt someone who he dont even know.
4)because once there was a man who break her heart(not coming to the wedding)so ms.havisham want estella to break and crush every man's heart.

7)estella let pip kiss her because she want him to fell deeper for her so it will be easier for her to break his heart. pip didnt enjoy the kiss because the kiss wasnt natural, he was being commanded to kiss her, but not naturally. yes i think pip is wrong accepting a worthless kiss because it just let him fell deeper for the scornful lady( estella) and cant find a way to aproach her.
8)ms.havisham want to see the man who is the guardian of pip, she want to see what kind of guardian can brought such a lame kid like pip. because she hate men, she might as well critize him and make fun of him, to make pip and joe feel bad.>.>

1. Pip wanted to be intelligence because Estella look down on him, and he wanted to impress her and make her fall in love with instead.
2. When Pip passed by the pub, he saw the stranger was using the file he have give it to the convict to stir the drink. This makes him thought that he/somebody might have caught him up and discovered that he had help the convict.
3. Pip was confuse with the pale gentlemen he fight in the garden because that was their first time seeing each other, and he forces Pip to fort with him.
4. Miss Havisham wanted Estella to break Pip's heart because her fiance ditch her on the wedding, so she wanted to revenge and hurt all the male in the world.
5. Same ans. above #3.
6. Pip was totally shock because he had just realize that Miss Havisham was never thought of offering gentlemen fortune.
7. Estella give the power for Pip to kiss her on the cheek was probably was trap, a trap that get Pip more attracted to her. Pip doesn't enjoy the kiss because he know that Estella didn't take it serious. Well, in my opinion, I think for Pip to accept an worthless kiss was wrong, because all this would only give Pip another hope that he might really get Estella and be with her.
8. Since Miss Havisham's hatred of male, she wanted to see Joe because she thinks it is another chance of making "male" feel bad and it would hurt Joe. She enjoy it.
